me legs are afire

I know as soon as I put this online, someone will tell someone who will tell someone and by Thursday my mom will give me a call which she will angrily yell, "DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER TATTOO?" To which I will respond: no, mother... I have two more tattoos.

That's right, kids... after I tried to wrangle up a few people to go with, everyone punked out but Mike (thanks for being a friend and not a punk). I tried to get it done Friday, but it was way late. So I went Saturday (that's technically yesterday) at noon (right when they opened) and signed up on 'the list'. I was the third person in line. I was under the assumption that the first two people already knew what they wanted. NOPE! Took 'em around an hour to make up their minds (it was a couple). I asked Jeremiah (my tattoo artist--Tattoo Charlie's of course) if it was okay for Mike and I to get food and come back. He said it was fine. Around 3:30 I was FINALLY hopping into the chair. It's some of the most excruciating pain I've ever felt, and of course the entirety of both tattos is on my outer thigh muscles (technical term, anyone?) so walking, driving, and peeing are still all interesting ordeals. And I have the best tattoos ever. :) I'll post pics on the photo blog within a week.

I have lots of stuff to do tomorrow... I need to wash my car, give Tony his PCMCIA card back, go look at apartments with Chris (which we tried to do today, but the place we wanted to go to was already closed by the time we got there... oh well), do some NAESC stuff (before I get jumped on), cleaning up (vacuuming if I can, and putting clothes away), and doing dishes. I might do a load of laundry too. Who knows. I might just do a lot of freaking running and then cry a little when my legs burn after like 5 seconds.

By the way... I still love you, Bryce. Don't be mad because of the party thing. It's not anyone's fault! That's just the way the bubble bounces sometimes.

And I think I'll be in Lexington the 18th (NOT home, to Lexington... I'm not going any farther than that). I might come home the first of April though. :)
