Season passes rock my face off
Brett, Devan and I decided to go to Kentucky Kingdom yesterday (probably not one of the best ideas we've ever had, since it was Father's Day--but no one checked the calendar). Since the last time Brett and I went we didn't go to the waterpark, we decided that the waterpark needed to be our main focus.One problem: My swimsuit was at Dottie's, and Dottie was driving to her dad's house. So, to solve this problem, I decided to take Devan with me to go swimsuit shopping. I'm kind of glad I did, because even though I didn't want to spend any money on it, I found a really cute one that (in my words) "doesn't make me look like a fat old lady, but a fat young lady." :D It's the first swimsuit I've ever bought that I really think is cute (and Devan even picked it out for me)! I should take a million pictures, since I'm obsessed with taking pictures of myself (not). Or, I can just go to Sarah's one day, and since she's obsessed with taking pictures of herself (very true), I'm sure I can get her to take pictures of me too!
Anyway, it was a lot of fun, minus me almost drowning in the wave pool because some dude thought it would be fun to try to trap me under his innertube. It's okay though, I got pissed off and got out of the wave pool, and Brett and Devan not only kept me from drowning, but Brett also flipped over the inner tube of the guy who was being a jerk (with the guy still in it :D). We mostly were at the waterpark, since the lines were crazy for most of the rides, but we didn't get on too many rides anyway. I think we're going back on Wednesday, since Devan wants to ride some of the non-water rides, and since we all want to actually have a chance to ride ALL the water rides. Yay weekdays! I just have to make sure that all my homework is done. :)
