Goals, II!
So, since March has come to a close, with the official weigh-in on March 30 showing a loss of 25 lbs (and the unofficial weigh-in on March 31 showing a loss of 30, but that was with different clothes on and at a different time of day), I'm PUMPED that I lost 25 lbs! I know it's not the 30 that I was going for, but 25/30 is still passing, my friends. :)Now that it's time for G-II to be underway, here's what I have in store for myself...
- Losing 30 lbs. (Yes, again. What! I can do it twice!!! Watch me. :D )
- Going to the gym five days a week. I currently go 3 times on good weeks, 2 times on slacker weeks. The two new days would be attributed to the next goal...
- Working on major problematic (for me) muscle groups that need improvement (jeez ABS, obliques, lats, and oh please THIGHS). Minor muscle groups will come in G-III (like arms and other boring muscle groups like that which will just require toning).
- Eating food at all, but mostly eating food that is good for me. That whole not-eating food thing that I did for a few weeks there was only temporarily cool... and by cool I mean not cool at all. I guess on the bright side of that, I can eat way less food than I once could (I'm sure I can get back to my normal fatkid intake soon enough, haha).
Tomorrow I will get my muscle group work underway... at 7 AM... with Remy... cause I'm insane. I have no idea how to use the majority of those crazy machines, and there's no way in hell I'm going to jump on those and tear a muscle or some crap like that. I'm glad that I know someone that works at the gym that's willing to help me reach my goals. :D Remy gets a gold star.

Drink lots of water! That's also good. Usually when one first starts losing weight it's mostly just water weight, but make sure to keep getting fluids. Just don't drink too much and die like that lady after the Wii.
