New Year's Resolution
Yea, I know that having a New Year's resolution is just another phrase for "I want to beat myself up in March or April for going back to my old ways"...So, instead of making the same NYR that I make every year, the same one I've made since I was 16, I just want to remember one thing. "Out with the old, in with the new." I don't want to resolve to DO something, only to be faced with doubting my self-worth for the umpteenth time when I don't follow through or fall short of my goal. Slow and steady, right? It's not about drastic changes; it's about small, easy, manageable changes.
I'm ready.
